patch mass production

hey guys

we recently started to make mass iron on patches, and we have a problem with cuting them off the fabric,
unfortunatly we can not pay for laser with cam's and with hot knife its really killing our staff i wanted to know if there is any way that people make mass patches do ,

would be so great to hear your tips

Check out abemblem . com homepage, there is a video of how they work. At 1:33 you'll see the hydraulic swing arm die cutting press / clicker they use. Then you can search for these key words. You would need a press and a different knife for each shape of patch.

You can purchase custom dies and just hit them with a hammer or use an inexpensive press.

and can we make our own die cut frame ? is it easy ? or its expansive and we need to order it to other people to make it for us

the question is, this machine cut the fabric with pressure ? what will happen to the edge of the fabric after cutting you know if its only cut fabric edge can be tear apart after washing or long term use, when we use hotknife it melt fabric edge so we will not that problem,
i want to know way this machine cut will take care of that problem too ?
