Hello,
My name is Alex Eaves and I run STAY VOCAL, a reuse apparel company. Instead of having more and more new garments manufactured, we're using what's already here. In case you haven't noticed, there is a lot of STUFF in the world and if we keep using up resources to make it all, there will be nothing left for our children and grandchildren.

In addition to reusing, STAY VOCAL encourages addressing all manner of ideas that can have a positive impact on our Earth, including animal rights, human rights, and environmental issues. By providing a variety of ReUse products that embrace different functions, fashions, styles, and humor, STAY VOCAL is here to help people do just that...stay vocal. We want to help ensure a better future for everyone.

Thanks!

ALex Eaves

Very cool concept Alex, welcome to the forums :) So are all of your shirts recycled cotton? If so how do they recylce it. We were just talking about this a while ago.

Not recycled, reused. We purchase all of our garments at thrift store or they're donated to us. After washing and treating them, we put new prints on them. If they're blanks, it works great. But sometimes we can work with designs that are already on there.

Recycling cotton takes a lot of energy, almost as much as making a new shirt. By reusing, were saving energy, materials, AND money.
