Hi There,
I'm creating a vinyl wall decal for a client that will be approx. 3' long and at the highest point 2' tall. I'm attaching a picture of the design. I'm cutting this on my silhouette cameo. With the cutting restriction being 12" wide, I'll be piecing this together. My question is, does anyone have a method to smoothly connect these pieces? I have roll transfer tape which is 6 1/2" wide. I've also tried transfer sheets, with little success. Any help would be appreciated!

Add registration/placement marks and cut it in separate sections. The marks will help you line it up when the time comes to put it together.

cut each in there own layer add small circles for each color line all four circles together and cut. use orcal 651 or 631 vinyl. also try to upgrade to at least a 24" cutter. also ship in 4 different pieces.

Yea it's called tiling.. some programs do it automatically... basically you'll cut it in 3 separate strips.. then usually put registration marks at the seams of the 3 strips where they will match up again...

Your software may do it if you know how.. what software do you have?

Are you talking about the quotes already vectorized and ready to cut or a cutter package?

yes all ready vector and ready to cut. I saw one on eBay in the UK but it won't let me buy it
