I thought I had fixed this problem with rigid mailers. Worked for a while.

I was forced to ship everything as packages.

Lost money on 6 out of 7 shipments.

Took my store offline.

Can't sell a $20 shirt for $40. They charged me $18 to ship a shirt from Toronto to BC.

Game over.

I just shipped a t-shirt today from Vancouver Island BC to Thunder Bay Ont. Cost. $3.10 Taxes Included. I use a mylar package. I can usually get 2 t-shirts in that package and if I use a vacuum to suck the air out , I can still fit it through the slot of doom at Canada post and is still goes as lettermail for $3.10. If I have to send it as parcel I used my Small Business card and get expedited for just over $5.oo
