I am looking for outdoor display ideas for Tshirts and hats.

Also...traveling with a large assortment of hats, what do you use to store hats in.

I've used cardboard hat boxes, and they end of getting crushed.
I currently use big totes...but hats tend to crush each other after awhile.

Any ideas?

Sounds like you might be overpacking those totes, try putting less in each tote or layer shelves inside the totes. As far as outdoor displays, I'd recommend an EZ-UP tent and hanging some tees on a 1/2 inch PVC poles the length of the tent with rope through center of the PVC hung from the tent legs. Zip ties, clips for the hats, and duct tape are always good to have with you. You can do multiple levels of the 10ft length PVC display on each wall and PVC pipe is very cheap.

I'm looking for some new ideas for hat displays at outdoor trade shows.

Wind is my biggest factor w/ the tall racks I've been using.

I would love something on wheels that is wind friendly and can display larger selection of hats.
