Out of paper Epson wp4095 and Epson L1300

Hello, I have this problem. I have two epson printers for sublimation printing. Epson WP-4095 I have 3 years and the Epson L1300 2 months. Both printers use a sublimation photopaper but they throw away empty paper with a paper error. For example, I want 30 prints and prints a few prints at a time, throwing out white paper, and Output paper error. But the paper is there. When I use paper other than sublimation, for example, plain prints without any problems. I updated the firmware and drivers, it did not help. The wp-4095 has been printing for the first two years without any problems. Then this problem arose, so I bought a new Epson L1300 printer and doing it from the beginning.

It will probably be a problem with paper sensors that do not like the surface of sublimation paper.
Would you please advise me what?
I am sorry for my English.

make sure paper output size matches the size sheet. If all else fails, put about 1 inch of masking tape on the front side first read by sensor and feed into machine tape side first. Try that maybe the paper is too thin.
