Finally (well nearly) we'll have more space!

February we started the process of buying a shop with living accommodation. Hopefully in the next week or so we'll be moving in and the work starts!

This is the main shop area where we'll have our Neoflex and other equipment





The shop used to be a grocery store that closed about 20 years ago, I don't think the doors have been open since so lots to do.

There's a large outbuilding with office area

We have to see how much money we have to carry out the necessary repairs to the building + change the main shop windows & door. It will be as soon as possible

It's a busy area with a school of 2500 pupils just around the corner and a very popular beauty shop on the opposite corner. Plenty of parking space. Signage is something we'll need to work on. As you can imagine, in the UK nothing is simple and there are strict rules on the signs you can put up!

Angie & you have full time job. Who will watch store?

My son William is very eager and willing. He's already trained on the NeoFlex

Incase USA NeoFamily do not have an idea. All EU is set up as quiet village. Small roads, no high rises, often makes me think "how the hell they make a living?" But they know next villages in and out. All hidden, nothing look like factory or warehouse. 2500 people seems no business for us but there are something we cannot understand of hidden strength.
Good to know William is in. I hope you are not paying rent yet.

As you can see, we have some decoration work to do on the front shop windows! Also planning on putting a full double glass door on the side so we can get equipment in and out easily.

Can't wait but the lawyers are being a total PITA just now! That's our 29' motorhome in the background - we plan taking the NeoFlex to shows and printing.

What is in second floor? NeoFamily hotel?
Storage? I have NeoFamily hotel. 30'x 20' Two bed. $10/night.= clean sheets and towels. Nice full kitchen. 60" TV. Wifi free. Parking free. AC/Heat. Beers included.

Unbelievable!

Our offer on the property was accepted in February and it's taken until now for us to finalise the purchase - we receive the key to the door next Thursday 8th July or maybe Friday then the work begins!!!

In USA we already built brand new Building with time you spent. Ground up. This is why UK couldn't keep America. So slow~ Even on movie UK soldiers walk so slow during Yankees shot the hell out to them. You guys still hit drums too? Lol. Just kidding, it's only movie.
