This is the second printer installed in Norway. The setup was quick and straightforward. We are new to DTG so we have to figure out all the parameters. We looking forward to hear from all the other Epson owners with their settings and experients. The maintainence was also self explainining. The guys from Epson/distributor walked us thru the printer and Garment Creator. We had a nice day
