Hi again! It seems some how or another under service we have lost one of the black orings that fits between the ink line and the coppling. Anyone know the size dimensions for these? They dont look like a special type oring just an ordinary black rubber oring. Thanks in advance for help!

Try Compass Micro. You will want to get the proper size since these keep your ink delivery system sealed.

thanks I think we found a machine shop here that has the correct one...going to with it tomarrow and see if it matches up

I recommend getting OEM parts...especially for the ink delivery system.

Yeah we planned on ordering OEM parts but it takes soooooo long to get here from Epson Sweden and we were in a tight spot with an order so we had to make due. Fortunate for us our problem is fixed temporarily now.
