Hello,

I am looking at ordering the SPHO Screen Printing Package from SSS. Wanting any feedback from other newbies who've bought this equipment or vets who would like to chime in too.

I have some customers waiting for me to get started so I would like to be set up fairly soon.
you get what you pay for, personally I would save for a good used commercial press at least a 6/6. check out digitsmith.com for used equipment. good luck and dont rush it or you may regret it later i did!

This is the set up that I have, except that I have the 6/2 press. I love it and have done several jobs on it so far with out any issues.

It's a very sturdy press with very tight regs. When I started looking I could not find a used press that was in good shape for the price a spent for this new.

The other thing I was thinking about is that I am new to the process so I figured that I didn't know everything to look for on a used press.

Hope this helps. If you have any questions about my set up, let me know.

Thank you both!

What about this used one Riley Hopkins 6/4? I thought about getting an all-in-one package, but have seen some mixed reviews on here.

I've identified a market I would like to go after and it would be optimal to have a portable system, but also want something that will last.

(BTW, I didn't order the equipment today, having those last minute "at the alter jitters )

id go for used riley hopkins anyday!!!!!, that press doesnt have micros, and youll get annoyed with 2 stations and youll probably want to get a larger flast dryer.

what about a washout booth?

do your research and get the right stuff
