Hello! My family has just opened a new screen printing shop and we're running into a problem.. When doing an order form for a school or other organizations, how do you go about pricing the items? Since there's no way to tell how many of each item will be ordered. We're just not sure the best way to go about it. We don't want to cut ourselves short but we also don't want to over charge the customers.

What to charge is largely location based as well as your business model.
You should be charging your costs + a fair markup.

No one on here is going to be able to tell you what YOU need to charge to stay in business.

I can sell a shirt for $1.99 and make money...but i like steak. So i have to charge more.

Welcome to the wonderful world of T-shirt making!
