Orange shirt issues

We use the Hanes 5250 tagless t's. When printing on the veloci-jet and using the pre-treatment, the pre-treatment ALWAYS stains the shirt and does not come out in the wash.

We use the speedtreater and have tried all different settings. What brand of Orange shirts DO NOT STAIN?

Please help!

(fyi, no other color of shirts stain)

Are you pretreating these with light pretreatment or dark pretreatment? also is this safety orange or another shade of orange shirt?

Hi Doug,

I recommend using the pretreatment for light shirts. That should take care of the issue you're having.

If you have any more questions, feel free to contact me or the Equipment Zone support department.

Thank you. So, with that said... What color shirts are recommended for light treatment and what color for dark treatment?

Hi Doug,

There's no hard and fast rule. However, as a general guideline, the darkest you want to go is probably a medium-colored red shirt with the light pretreatment.

Of course, all shirts are different, so I imagine you'll do a little experimenting and figure out which colors are right for you.
