Opinion on Vesta 15x15 sublimation digital heat press VP3804c15

Looking at purchasing a heat press to apply rhinestones. Found the Vesta 15x15 sublimation digital heat press for $299.00. Does anyone have any experience with this press. Very new to all this and any help would be greatly appreciated.
