Just opened a storefront. We have embroidery, vinyl cutter we use a contract screenprinter for large multicolor jobs. Our problem is PRICING. How do we even start? #of colors ? Size? weeding time? And does anyone have an example of a pricing sheet so we may get an idea of how to proceed??
Really appreciate any help !!!

there is a lot of work involved in this and accuracy will be one of the keys to how successful your business is. as a general rule we add 50 to 100% mark up on all processes including labour and materials. Machine mantainence is also part of this obviously.

Everything needs to be factored in. rent, labour, materials, consumables, power etc....

You need to do a little research in your area to see what your competition charges, you don't want to price yourself too low or too high, a good starting place is 50-100% but on some jobs that may not be enough, you really need to know what your overhead is to get close to the proper markup, there could be jobs that need to be 300% just because of the labor involved.

Hope this helps.
