hey wsup,
i use e one step opaque transfer paper.
peel off the backing cut around the edges, i often notice that some the ink kinda gets scratched around the edges.
what can i possibly do to prevent that proem from happening

get sharper scissors and be careful. It is also the paper you use. I use Blue Grid and it is a little thinner than others and that may be why I don't have that problem.

when i start to peel the backing off from the corner, most of the time, the ink is scratched, how can i prevent that from happening.

What is the brand of paper and what are you printing with, epson?. I have done a lot of opaque transfer for my tote bag business and have not had this happen. I always cut right on top of pics. Hope to do my opaque transfer video this week end..
