When I am printing a job with ink changes or as some call them, color changes, I use a pretty nasty chemical for getting the screen ready for the next color. Its VF 184 screen wash and it will remove ink from and unclog just about any screen. The problem is it is made up of acetone and benzene... yummm.

What are you guys using for on press ink changes?

We use Franmar's Greenway to clean ink. it works really well and after we use the Greenway, we spray with water and wipe down with a paper towel. If we need to be a little more aggressive, we use mineral spirits. Last resort we use Nazdar screen wash.
