there are several tutorial site out there...just google for them. also go to youtube There is a commercial site. lynda.com who has pay tutorials and they are very good.

To take one object to place in another requires you to use the lasso tool or outline ...to trace and copy and paste.

also there are books that have CDs with them that has the tutorials//
