I'm looking for a quality, 100% combed/ringspun cotton (in the 3.5 to 4.2 oz range) t-shirt company with tear-out tags and a consistent inventory. Ive tried AlStyle's 5301 but have had inventory issues just ordering single samples. The Canvas, 3001 is good but the sleeve on the XL has enough fabric to sail to Fiji.
Are there no other contenders out there or do I have to adjust my needs? Am almost considering going back to Gildan's Soft Style. Enh!

I like the Next Level 3600 that I got to try as it has a better fashion fit than American Apparel 2001.

Though the 3600 shrank some or runs small as it was tight in several places. So I'm going to order one in the next size up to see how it fits.

The Next Level also lays pretty flat. Where as the American Apparel 2001 always looks real wrinkly all the time.

Buy a few samples and wash them first. I originally felt the Next Level would be my go-to, as it had the best fit out of the box, but after washing on cold with a low temp dry, it had shrunk to a size below. I'd recommend Royal Apparel, as a better quality shirt in my experience, and a similar price range.

Does Royal Apparel have a good fashion fit?

I started using American Apparel 2001, but found it to always look wrinkly all the time. The Next Level doesn't have that wrinkly look.

Brand new, I think Next Level is a bit better of a slim, contoured cut. They're both decent, but Royal is... Perhaps 15% less fashion fit around the torso. This is my finding. I was happy with Royal as they generally hold up well after washing. That's very important to any consumer, obviously. Again, you can get other better shirts than either of these, but you'll spend more.
