Hi. I have a question.

On thicker plastisol inks, like Ryonet's Ryopaque white ink, what is the recommended off contact? More than 1/8"? less? Or, the same as the other inks?(Printed on 100% cotton tees.)

We always used the same off contact, just different screen mesh for thicker ink.

I'm assuming lower mesh, like 110?

We use a 156 mesh count, with the 1/8" and a curable reducer for white ink.

If you want better prints. It is better to get higher tensioned screen. That way, your prints would be sharp.

For me I print with a 62T/cm(156/inch) at 25 to 30 Newtons.

If you want more ink also Coat your screen on both sides, let it dry and coat it again.

I use Williflex with 1/8" off contact and I get beautiful whites now. That's after years of hating white and trying to talk customers into getting white shirts.

Josh, that's too funny. Did you tell them they look better in white, and matched their eyes?
