Hi,
I have a very specific question for anyone out there who uses water based inks and SWR-3 emulsion, and also happens to have a NUARC MSP 2125 vacuum exposure unit. A friend is helping me expose some of my screens with SWR-3 emulsion, and I'm wondering if anybody knows the correct exposure time for this unit and this emulsion. Any info will help! Thanks!

I'm really not sure on the exact time, but try finding the website of the emulsion type and they should have a downloadable data sheet for the product which will tell you recommended exposure times.

That page has two formats to download, but they didn't work on my computer. I'd still check it out though.

There are too many variables here, including coating technique and age of the bulb toestablish a predetermined exposure time. All of the emulsion manufacturers make an item called an exposure calculator, available very inexpensively. Contact your local screen supplier, who may have them in stock. Or contact me and I'll give you instruction on how to do a basic step-wedge test.
