Hi everyone, I've included a picture of a recent nozzle check on my RJET 5.
I'm fairly new to DTG's so would like to know what the cause of the smudges are.
Is this what is called a head strike?
I'm unsure whether this has anything to do with it, but when I load the tray to do a nozzle check, on the display it mention "paper suction" and shows an adjustment parameter, is this perhaps to do with the printhead being too close to the paper used to the test?
..if so, how would I know the perfect setting?
Thanks for any help!
