I do 6 simple cleanning , 2 power cleaaning , i wash my print head , all dampers is new.

What do you think aabout my nozzle check is no good .

Wow that looks bad. Are you sure your capping station is still creating a tight seal when your print head connects with it? Can you see the small bubbles in the ink lines moving when you actually do your heavy cleanings? If they aren't moving you're not getting a vacuum when the pump is churning. The rubber perimeter does eventually go bad and lose its shape, but I'm no expert on how long it takes. I haven't had a problem with this with my Neoflex (1 year), but I remember it being a big problem with Mutoh and Roland Eco-Solvent printers I used to use in the past. The pump sounds so different when it's actually sucking out ink, vs just going through the motions but not sucking ink because there is an air leak.

Also another problem might be white ink buildup on the perimeter of the printhead itself. I just did a full monthly heavy clean a few days ago, and I took the time to flip the carriage upside-down and use tweezers to very carefully peel off the gunk that had built up around all sides of the printhead that the daily cleanings with swabs just weren't able to remove.

You changed with new. But was it correctly? When you do simple clean do you see inks in station? Checked drain tube?
Did you call in with Video?
