Been having trouble with not getting enough ink on each print. The images themselves are good, but i can do up to 3 prints on the same image and its still not thick enough on the top.

Noticed on some of the prints the ink seems to be going quite deep but the surface still looks like the t shirt color is showing through.

Im printing white on black, have a good stencil (coated generously front and back) and have tried applying a lot of pressure and less in my squegee strokes. The screens are generously backfilled each print.

How do I achieve a nice thick ink on the surface of the garment? Was wondering about ink consistency, im using maxopake white plastisol straight out of the tin and the mesh is a 55T

Had this issue with various stencils

Any help appreciated

Thanx

Dave
