not all colors spraying

i just put a new head in and know only 4 channels print 2 white 2 colore any ideas i have purge system no luck

Check your printhead ribbon cables. Make sure they are pushed snugly into the connectors and that there are no burn marks on them.

When you charged with ink, Did all the lines fill at the same rate? Are all the dampers full? I believe that if you registered the head (new serial number), the adjustment program probably would have shown an error if you did not completly hook everything up. If you are trying this right after the charge, it could be that you "foamed" the ink and you may have to wait a bit for things to settle.

Let us know what continues to happen.

Unfortunately the adjustment program would not show if the ribbon cables were not hooked in correctly or were damaged.
