So I'm realizing whenever I print I have to push the squeege extremely hard so the ink will go all the way through the screen. Is that correct what I'm doing? Only reason I ask is because my fingers really started to hurt. And I only did 50 shirts, how about the people who do hundreds of shirts with more colors?

Am I doing something wrong where I have to push the ink through really hard?

It depends on the ink. Some are harder than others. The more opaque the ink, the harder to clear the screen. I use mostly Wilflex and only have problems with the white. God Bless.

It shouldn't be that hard unless you're using a granite or really high density ink.
Sounds like maybe your screen didn't burn correctly.
Could also be in the choice of mesh for the print you're doing.

Could also be an incorrect Offset. If it's too high you'll get a type of ghosting, and have to push harder. How much offset do you have?

One color ink are we talking about? Is it Plastisol ink?
