Retired fabric shop owner who now repairs and sells vintage to new sewing machines who just got a Barudan beat 702 all orig and I’m looking forward to the huge learning curve to use this beast to its potential. I am building a work room with commercial machines to rent by the hour from a Gammill supreme to a singer 30 inch walking foot.
Been servicing large home embroidery machines like brother enovice for years and have wanted a “real deal” for a longtime .
Tinkered for a few hours after unloading it into my shop and managed to extract one memory stitch.
Recently upgraded a baby lock from floppy to usb and it went well.
I see the same retrofits on line but am not convinced that upgrading the Barudan will be as easy, however I’m up for the adventure.
