Any screen printer can do that – but if you have a heat press you can do it yourself with plastisol transfers and save money.
That's a good idea if you have very small quantities, but if you have large quantities, I think it's better to go with a screen printer. If you're already using a screen printer for your print jobs, just piggyback on that. The extra cost of having them done will save you lots of time, which, in my opinion, is an extremely valuable resource. Plus everything will be done for you in one step, freeing you with extra time for more important things like marketing your product.
