DTG HM1 won't turn on as of today. Changed printhead 3 weeks ago and no ink printed after that. Finally got parts and changed ribbon cable and now no power at all. What gives. Really tired of dealing with this machine..........

Check all your ribbon connections and make sure they are snugly pushed in. May be a loose connection. Also check that there are no burn marks on the cable ends.

Make sure you didn't push in the Emergency Stop switch when you were working on the machine - an also make sure the main power on the back of the machine is turned on.
