I have a Kiosk. I am not able to keep ink in any of the lines. I have changed the capping station two times and have raised the ink. I am getting some dripping out of the printhead but that could be due the ink being raised. I am thinking it is the printhead but dont want to change without some confirmation. The weird thing is when I pull the ink through with a syringe I get good nozzle checks but then cant keep it there. Please help.

Have replaced out you ink lines?

It won't hurt to clean the encoder strip but most likely the dropping is from the ink being raised too high.
But, you need to get a good flow in order to get a good print.also, when was the past time you changed your dampers.
