After printing 2 days ago I tried to print something this morning and it seemed to print a little white than stop. The colors were there then they all stopped. I have run a f2 and f4 cleaning and checked the waste tank and does not appear to be any white ink in there. Please advise.

It will be tough to see white ink in the maintenance tank because when it sucks the color and spits it in, it will just mix with it and make it dark.

after you do one of those cleanings you should wait a couple minutes before doing a nozzle check, the white ink can foam up in the print head and cause mis leading nozzle checks, if it does not still work than you might have to take off printhead and bleed your dampers, i had to do this once.IFs emergency and need to print before monday i will help with how to do that, or you can wait to call tigers, which their probably still working lol, also theirs video on youtube, just look up neoflex printhead removal.

Start by opening cartridges and ensure ink is in bags, roll bags per instructions. Then check lines for any and all air pockets up to dampers. We did a flush last week to clear some sludgey white from the clear plastic bags, which we did not find worked well on white, and now request the original silver bags. and now are back to normal. We do 3 white underbase prints a day, every day. Cleaning set to 4 hours, but does not move enough ink to keep white ink happy. Days we have print jobs we obviously don't do the 3 a day. 2 might do it, but we use the shirts as giveawyas or sell cheaply.
Call tech support. They are good. Talked one of my girls through the flush on the phone.

Thanks for the advice. For some reason there is no suction getting to the print head. I have emptied the waste tank and ran another cleaning. There was some air in the 4 white lines but I am puzzled about the colors not printing anything. The nozzle checks print out absolutely nada. The printer goes through the cleaning but again nothing comes out of the print head.

Did this get cleared up? I see it is from March so I would hope so but did not see any update on the problem. Thanks

I was just lending a hand incase wasnt, were you trying to get ahold of me martin?

No was just wanting to see if the problem had been resolved. Have been researching the machine and trying to see what issues there are and if they are resolved easily and had not seen an update on the printing problem

When you changed the printhead did you ensure the dampers were filled with ink?

Beneath the cap there are two black tubes, these tubes connect to the pump to create suction of ink from the printhead and cap:
1. Ensure they are connected.
2. Ensure they're not blocked.

Thanks Stitch-Up. looks like i burnt out the capping station / pump. I did get it working by swapping it out with another printer I had. The reason I think I messed it up was because I was running the machine without having the air holes open on the ink cartridges. Costly newbie mistake.
