Hey everyone! New to the biz,new to the forum. I'm trying to reset the waste ink counter on my Hm1c with no luck. Not sure why the adjustment program doesn't do anything. Chips are new and so I don't think that is the problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Try right-click on the adjustment program icon, then properties. Go into compatibility and set to windows xp sp3, and tick run as administrator.
About an hour after I posted my question I figured it out. That was the issue, everything is good now. Thanks for the response. Have a great day
