Hello I am trying to start a business doing license plates, shirts, window graphics, mugs, mouse pads etc. what would be the best way to start? I have looked at sublimation, screen printing, but not sure which way to go a small budget for start up.

Sounds to me like a basic sublimation and vinyl package would be suitable. Including a press, you could get started for about $1500.
