Hi everyone, my name is Kia and I am new to the T-shirt printing industry. I just registered a new business in FL where I live called Try My Tees! I am really excited and nervous at the same time.
I am a Special Education teacher and a
divorced mom of two beautiful and smart (just like their mom) teenage girls. My oldest is 16 and is an artist. She would stay up until 2 a.m. drawing and sketching in her notebook nightly. After fussing at her about staying up late, I took the time to look at what she was creating and was totally blow away. This child has never taken an art class until this past school year and had taught her self to draw throughout past few years. When I asked her what she wanted to do with her gift, she right away said start a clothing line for t-shirts. Which is why I am here... Why not learn from the best! Thank you T-Shirt Forums! And, please any advise, tips, or encouragement that you can pass along in regards to our industry please feel free to do so.
