I am new and just got a new press, love it! Learning slowly about micros and tilt.

Anyhow I seem to be having issues with the center of my design on both color screens. I think I am using even pressure but I keep getting areas that stick to the screen.

I used an ample amount of glue. I have used screen cleaner 2x and yet the front of the car, the windows and the lower text are grainy.

That is 3 passes on white with flash each time and 2 coats on the orange.

Micro is within a hairline but the rest UGGH.

Any help would be appreciated.

If you're sure the shirt isn't coming off the platen then you probably need more off contact. That should keep it from sticking to the shirt

More off-contact. If that doesn't work, more tack.

for tack I am using Elmers repositioning spray glue. I also have some liquid web glue that is supposed to be for sweatshirts. What do you suggest for glue?

Try letting it totally cool. You're flashing 3 times - bet it's getting too hot

Your screens could be in need of higher tension. Of contact can help this problem but at the risk of distorting our image
