I'm using the US Cutter MH 871, I'm new in the Vinyl Cutting for T-shirts or Banners, I was given Test Vinyl from a Friend small pieces, but every time, trying to cut out my Image the vinyl would wrinkle while it's being cut,

If the vinyl wrinkles your blade may be dull and the force you are using may be too high. Reduce the force and speed and change your blade and see if the cutting improves.
