For some reason my program (Laser Master 8.6 Pinnacle) doesnt convert my image to vector the right way...my line are not straight. Can someone please help me out. All I need is the image outline (whats in black). Thanks Guys

try vector magic.. its free the first time and I suggest you get the monthly package you get get credit towards the desktop version.

Try the pen tool in illustrator or your vector program of choice (Laser Master/LXi is a stripped down FlexiSIGN and should have similar vector editing capabilities). Tracing should be an easy task with an image like that and you will be much more pleased with the results.





EDIT: Even easier, if you have a newer version of Illustrator (CS4 or 5), you could recreate/trace that in a few seconds using the blob brush.

try using WhatTheFont! « MyFonts

It's difficult to get straight lines from a low resolution image, so a jpeg off the web will give curious corners and funny angles!

Here a stab using Corel 3, agree with Eric on font. May need to clean it up a bit
