I'm doing my first order in this thread:

This is the file that was sent to me by the customer.

I need some help preparing this graphic for submission to a heat transfer company. I ran it through vector magic and got this.

The problem is that the part I want to print is the black, but when I try to pull apart the background and the white I find out that the black is actually a solid layer behind the white. I must have done something wrong or vector magic just saw the image the wrong way.

How do I take my original image and convert it to vectors and remove all the white?

Well im not sure how vector magic works but if it did that try swapping the colors and use black for the background and white for the logo and see if vector magic seprates it like that.

this what you want? used power trace in corel x4, got rid of all the background. Can change format if you like.
hope this helps.
Thanks for the help and the instructions. I'm out running around right now, but I'll check it out when I get home tonight and see if I can run through those steps with success or not. Looks like they want me to submit art in .eps for most of the sites. Can I go from .pdf to .eps?

That is exactly what I needed. Might have to edit the flys a little next to the pack number. They seem to lose alot of detail, but I need to get the shirt sample and see what they looked like on it. I'm wondering if my problems with using the trace were because I have version 12 of Corel Draw.

Honestly, I didn't spend much time doing the trace. I could try and clean it up if you need, just let me know
