My first ? how can 00 shirts sell t-shirts so cheap if they use a fulfillment center?

Speaking generally, low price and fulfillment service means low investment/ low profit. Sounds like they are betting on volume to generate larger numbers.

I would tend to agree with Astewart on this one. They most likely have a bunch of designs out there and are hoping the volume will add up. They might even have the same designs on multiple sites.
