Hello forum. I am a newbie to tshirt printing. I did loads of research but not enough. I have a stahls auto open heat press. I have some vinyl I bought of ebay. I bought 2 types 1 for t shirt I for car. I have tried the tshirt vinyl but it will not hold to the garments after a few days. I also have a richo printer and I am using heat press paper. I found that the sublimation ink will not retain to the garment after a couple of washes. I have put the links below in the stuff I use. My issue is could someone point me in the right direction on what is the best heat transfer paper and best htv to use. I really need the help and would be more than thankful for any advice

The transfer paper you link to is not for sublimation ink. There is specific paper for sublimation.

Also, sublimation only works on polyester garments. Is that what you're using?

On your vinyl, what settings are you using? Time/temperature/pressure?

Once you peel the paper backing off of sign vinyl, the vinyl is sticky. That's how you would know.

Here is one of many sources of sublimation paper: Sublimation - Conde Systems - 26 Years Expert Experience
For sublimation, you need sublimation ink, sublimation paper, and polyester material. You cannot sublimate on cotton. You can, however, use your paper with a regular inkjet printer and make transfers for use on light colored or white cotton fabric.

With the vinyl, one of them is mirrored before cutting and the other is not.
