Hi Stefan,

I'm not in the US, so I'm just going to provide some info rather than a service provider.

For most durable, I always prefer vinyl. But it has it's limitations. Most significantly, they are how fine your artisan is willing to cut the art and vinyl can not have any blending as it is made of cut, precoloured vinyl. The vinyl itself comes in many colours, but cannot have custom colours created in the way that a computer print out or other ink methods can. So once again, your local supplier would have to provide guidelines. This method can be expected to outlast your shirt. But, it would require you, or your local supplier, to rework the art into solid colours.

I know a good silkscreener can print 4 colour process for you. It would outlast a heat transfer. But will still be showing wear within the first year, possibly sooner. Silkscreening is going to be a lower cost print method than the vinyl.

Maybe someone else can tell you if DTG is available for your product choices. I don't have any experience with that method.

Good luck.
