Hey guys I'm new to the T-Shirt game. I'm looking to gain some knowledge and try to avoid common startup mistakes. I'm looking to stand on some shoulder of experienced users and want to thank you in advance.
I was drawn down the path with amazon merch. I'm still waiting for approvals but have started making some cool designs and was looking for alternate sites to pitch my wares.
My first question is about trademarks. Saw a X-Mass base graphic tee on amazon merch with a phrase from a movie. I did the tm search and found someone owned it. Didn't know you could tm a full sentence? Last night I look at the same TM and notice he had filed for abandonment. This process seems strange can anyone give me insight about this?
