If you don't already have one a business plan would be a good idea....you know a plan on paper as to your goals and how you will achieve them, costs and expenses.

Thanks for the quick reply, I do actually have a business plan already to go. But since im starting off very small im waiting to see what kind of response I get before I look for more capital! Is this a good strategy?

Trade Marking your brand name!

trademarking is good but it get's expensive,so choose wisely on what needs trademarking also try to get business cards and if you don't have thees please get them,1 facebook page. 2 twitter acct# for promo. also get your E.I.N# that is free call I.R.S also get your business licenes, that should get you started. hope this help,www.four-ts.com

it is your employer I.D number, basicly you can open a business acct#at your bank, under your business name, you don't have to get one but some t-shirt wholesalers ask for it some times, but not all so you don't have to get it right away.www.four-ts.com

And you have to figure about your marketing plan.

Have your website to present the tees.
