For one when we bought the business the two employees that we also have onw of them have been there since the doors opened 17 years ago and then the other employee has been there for 10 years. It is so nice because basically for 17 years the one employee has been running the bisiness as if it were hers. They are both great employees. The only thing that we brought into the business was the promotional products that we hae been doing out of our home for 5 years. It has been a wonderful transition!! Best of luck to you as well!!
