I had my buddy build me a 300mm x 500mm laser cutter into a screen frame. CoreXY movement, runs on gcode, all open source tech. Strapped it to my Vastex V-2000HD, OEM vacuum platen equipped, and i can cut stencils in place, with several means of transferring stencil to screen, and everything is already lined up. Paper stencil rather than emulsion means nothing ever needs to go down a drain. Ever. Just starting up my business, optimizing the cutter, doing the first few prints. Ask me anything, 13 years manual printing experience, 10 years also in house ink guru for shop with 6 automatic presses. I know a lot about plastisol.
