Well I am trying to decide on what paper is the best to use for heat transfer printing. I have Clearsoft and Jet Pro Soft Stretch. Also which shirts are the best to use? I want the best quality so that my customers will keep coming back! Thanks! One more thing: Best Epson Printer. I have the Epson Stylus NX420 and my durabrite ink keeps burning!

We don't have a preferernce, they all seem to work for us. I've heard good things about both Clear Soft and Jet Pro Soft.

I use an epson 1280. It's a little old but works fine. Sometimes we just switch to our regular HP printer when we're in a crunch and our ink is out on the epson. We normally run fine.

Try doing a search for Epson Printer on this forum, and also Transfer Paper.

Also, I've seen some post from Proworld. Maybe you can check out their link at www.ProworldInc.com and I think the guys name is Eric, but not 100%.

I'm really impressed with companies that take the time to read and post on forums. I've only seen about two other supplier companies post on this forum.

Which ink comes with the Epson 1280? My durabrite ink keeps burning. So I'm thinking of switching to Claria ink with the Epson 710. My HP prints out good transfers too but the ink is very expensive. Have you purchased transfers from Proworld? I'm thinking of buying a few stock transfers and seeing how they look on shirts. Thanks for your help!

Maybe you can ask Proworld for a couple of samples. Don't know if they'll do that, but it doesn't hurt to ask.

I've received some in the past from other transfer suppliers. In fact, if you go to one of the trade shows you'll get several. They'll also send them every few months.

We just use what ever. Haven't had any problems with it.

The best thing to do is to convert to a Sublimation Ink, and Paper. We just haven't done that cause it is more expensive.

My wife had bought several cartridges, and I don't know where she got them from. Every now and then I have a big printing project, and I have several cartriges to use. One day I'll run out, lol.
