Hi guys,
I am new here, and also new to t-shirt business.
I am planning to open a small shop in Barcelona, not only selling t-shirt but also shirt, polo shirt, hoodie, and headwear.

I have some questions regarding printing and blanks, and I hope someone can help answer it.

1. Is there difference in quality (longevity wise) if I do own screen printing vs outsource it?
2. Same question but vs buying ready made Asian brand (not shop)?
3. How about price wise for lets say up to 100 tshirt, which one cheaper and relatively low risk, own screen print, outsource, buy ready made?
4. Is there a difference in technique in doing screen printing on tshirt vs shirt, polo shirt, hoodie & headwear
5. What are the options for blanks besides Gildan & FOTL?
6. Any good blanks from Asia?

- So many variables, if you have no experience and you choose to outsource then a good print shop will probably have the skills to advise on the best quality

- If you're talking about ready made garments from asia then it depends on your numbers but cotton based garments are mainly produced in regions such as pakistan, bangledesh.

- 100pcs is a low qty for someone to custom make a garment for a resaleable competitive price, there are plenty of ready made garments which will cater for your needs

- There are plenty out there, find a trade show in your country and all the vendors will be there

- Unless you're buying a mass qty of stock or are lucky to find someone who will deal in small qty's then I'd stick to what is readily available and can be printed / rebranded

No experience, but will try to join some workshop on screen printing
Ok, I guess for now I will try to learn how to do proper screen print, and combine rebranding and do own screen print.
