Just wanted to let you know that I finally went and bought a neoflex. Now want to be able to start productive relationships with my new found neoflex family . First of all I'm very new at this sort of thing. Second I didn't buy brand new but I want a supportive group without stepping on toes in the process and being able to receive support when needed. I know there a lot of pro's and con's on buying used equipment and I know I'm going to get frustrated. But I have been wanting to do this for the past 5 years and now I got my chance. Don't worry I spend the last 23 years in the military and I have tough skin don't be afraid to put it all out there. Thanks for reading all replies are welcomed.

Congrats...........you now have the best dtg printer out there. Call All American and discuss training...........don't leave home without it, as the saying goes.

Seriously the next best step you can do is go to Philly for 2 days of training- it is well worth it.

Welcome

I might also suggest spending the money to have AA certify the printer and provide tech support. Many items on the printer are proprietary to AA and you can't get replacement components anywhere else and without a service plan it is going to be very difficult to get parts/support from AA.

I'll chime in too. First of all, welcome! You made a good investment. Secondly, I'll just reiterate what everyone else here has said; if you want the most out of this machine, get AA to certify it and sign up for training. The information you get there is invaluable, and will keep you from making many potentially costly mistakes. This is especially important seeing as you admit to being new to this whole thing. Take advantage of this forum, and I also recommend going to any trade shows for apparel decoration (ISS and NBM are the ones I usually attend). You'll get information on supplies and products you'll need, as well as being able to ask questions about products you will be using (I think last ISS show we bent the Image Armor guy's ear!). Good luck!
