Hello everyone, my name is Dwayne Smith I'm out of the New Orleans LA., area. I own and operate a local printing business doing heat press, vinyls, novelty items and more...I just recently purchased an ANAJET SPRINT DTG PRINTER, not knowing what to do or how to begin, so if you have some pointers on where I cld wind any literature on what setting the printer should be on for different types of garments, I would appreciate and advice and pointers.

There is not a lot out there on the subject, amd honestly there are so many things that can affect the quality of a print, envoronmental factors in your shop being one of them, that really you will just need to be prepared to do a lot of trial and error.

Simple rules though

1) if you are doing dark shirts, your pretreatment is the most important part of the process. Get that down as fast as you can.

2) keep your machine **** and span clean.

3) Use ringspun cotton shirts. Tighter weaves produce better results.

4) be prepared to waste a lot of ink, the learning curve is pretty steep.
