Just signed up and hope I can get some help. We are a new Christian clothing company just starting out. We currently have 2 designs that we are looking to get printed. The designs are all over 2 color. Our biggest problem is finding someone willing to print some sample shirts with our design. We cannot afford to have the required 100+ shirts printed and not be happy with the quality. We have already ran into reliability issues with one company and thank goodness we didn't order up a ton of shirts. If anyone is willing to help us out let me know as we will be growing. Our company along with all of these provide all over printing.

check out SharPrint. They can handle it, although they like most have pretty high minimums. If you keep the size down small enough, maybe you could use direct-to-garment printing instead? DTG printing can get pretty large, although seams can cause problems.
