Recently, I was having alot of issues with getting good nozzle checks, printhead clogs, and air in my lines on my Blazer. I spoke to the company that I purchase my Inks from and had asked him if he could get a sealed cartridge that would work with my Blazer Express and Pro printersThe company came thru and got the sealed cartridges, CMYK and white too, I ordered a set back in December 2011 and ever since I have been using these sealed cartridges, I have had no issues with nozzle checks, clogs, air in the lines. I wish that I had known about these sealed cartridges along time ago, it would have saved me alot of money in repairs. The best part of this is the sealed cartridges are DuPont Artistri ink and they are the same cost as the bulk ink bottles without all the troubles of dealing with issues of running a bulk ink system, the name of the company that sells them is Garmentprinterink.com. Making this switch was the smartest thing that I have ever done with my Fast T-Jet Blazers.

do you still need to take them and give them a shake once or twice a day?(mainly the whites?). Also, does the express see them as epson cartridges or as "non-genuine" carts? Seems like almost the same as buying the refillable cartridges, but these are ready to go. Thanks for any update

I shake the whites lightly once a week. The cartridges show up as Epson, so you do not have to reset like the non genuine cartridges. The advantage of these cartridges is that they are sealed instead of having the bulk cartridges which need air to operate correctly. I have had no issues with head clogs, or having to run cleanings daily to produce a good nozzle check.
